This plugin allows you to create simple cutscenes by adding horizontal black bars at the top and bottom to simulate film, without the need to create events on the map.
Through a plugin command, you can activate and deactivate the cutscene.
It is possible to trigger a common event when starting the cutscene and another when finishing the cutscene.

That is an interesting plugin. Reminds me of Breath of Fire 4. In that game, whenever a big cutscene happens, black border appears on the top and bottom of the screen. You have nailed it in this. Congratulations!
